I loved the comfy king suite we stayed in, and the kitchenette was super handy for making quick meals. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the cozy lounge area when we weren’t out exploring. One small hiccup was the noisy fridge, but it didn’t dampen our overall experience! 😊

The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially the front desk personnel who went above and beyond to assist me with my requests. The location is convenient, with various retail options nearby and easy access to local business facilities.

Good for Extended Stays, with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed my week-long stay in a well-equipped room, perfect for families. Santana truly made our experience special with her helpful and friendly service. Just a heads up, the fitness room had some machines out of order, and a breakfast option would have been nice, but plenty nearby.

We had a family get-together with 20 members, and the property was perfect for us! The rooms were spacious, really clean, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The pool area was a great spot for everyone to unwind.

In my wife’s opinion, adding a family-friendly dining option would make it even better.

Good place with fast wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find my lost earring during my first stay! I highly recommend it for a cozy visit. I'm coming back for a city trip soon!

Family with children a decent place to stay

The staff were super friendly like Santana, who went out of her way to help me with last minute room requests, and every time we passed by the front desk, they greeted us with smiles. Plus, the kitchenette was well equipped, which made it convenient for eating in, and my kids loved the clean hotel pool after a long day.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but it felt acceptable given the amenities.

Staff were friendly and responsive when I needed assistance. they genuinely seemed to care. Housekeeping did a decent job keeping the common areas tidy. However, I encountered some issues with the bathroom. The shower had a problem. water wouldn't divert properly. I also found the kitchenware limited. Only a couple of pots and no basic utensils provided, making cooking challenging. The noise from the outside was noticeable, affecting my sleep. I hoped for better pillow quality, too. they felt thin and uncomfortable. Overall, despite some positive aspects, improvements are definitely needed.
