I loved the comfy king suite we stayed in, and the kitchenette was super handy for making quick meals. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the cozy lounge area when we weren’t out exploring. One small hiccup was the noisy fridge, but it didn’t dampen our overall experience! 😊

Good for Extended Stays, with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed my week-long stay in a well-equipped room, perfect for families. Santana truly made our experience special with her helpful and friendly service. Just a heads up, the fitness room had some machines out of order, and a breakfast option would have been nice, but plenty nearby.

We had a family get-together with 20 members, and the property was perfect for us! The rooms were spacious, really clean, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The pool area was a great spot for everyone to unwind.
In my wife’s opinion, adding a family-friendly dining option would make it even better.

Family with children a decent place to stay
The staff were super friendly like Santana, who went out of her way to help me with last minute room requests, and every time we passed by the front desk, they greeted us with smiles. Plus, the kitchenette was well equipped, which made it convenient for eating in, and my kids loved the clean hotel pool after a long day.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but it felt acceptable given the amenities.

The layout of the King Suite Non-Smoking impressed me. It offered a kitchenette, perfect for meal prep. The room size was spacious, providing ample room for relaxing. Staff were friendly and responsive when I needed assistance. they genuinely seemed to care. Housekeeping did a decent job keeping the common areas tidy. However, I encountered some issues with the bathroom. The shower had a problem. water wouldn't divert properly. I also found the kitchenware limited. Only a couple of pots and no basic utensils provided, making cooking challenging. The noise from the outside was noticeable, affecting my sleep. I hoped for better pillow quality, too. they felt thin and uncomfortable. Overall, despite some positive aspects, improvements are definitely needed.

The king suite provided was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with an excellent air conditioner. The kitchenette was well-equipped for cooking, making our extended stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially the manager, who ensured we felt at home. However, noise insulation could be improved, and there were limited dining options on-site. Despite these drawbacks, the stay was satisfactory overall.
